Monthly Rental Rates are from 35,000 Thai Baht, inclusive of pool cleaning and gardening and alll extra house bills are payable by the tenant on a monthly basis. ADSL (Wi-Fi) internet is available, however the subsequent bills are payable monthly by the tenant. UBC Sat T.V is also available and can easily be connected, subject to the connection fees being paid by the tenant. Monthly subscription charges for this service are payable by the tenant. A T.V. and DVD player are not included and will need to be provided by the tenant. |

This is a fantastic villa for those who wish to be close to the central Chaweng area. The villa sits on a small hill in a quiet suburban part of Chaweng, but only a few minutes from Chaweng beach and all its shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, where satellite TV or DVD’s can be enjoyed on the large TV. The villa has a contemporary Mediterranean feel to it and would not be out of place in the hills of Ibiza. Villa Ivory also boasts a very large pool and jacuzzi surrounded by a generous sized terrace, sun loungers and a few outdoor chairs and tables as well.
Villa Ivory also has a full time maid who stays in a separate room underneath the villa. She will take care of all the daily cleaning (included in the price) and can also provide a laundry and a limited cooking service at extra cost.
